So what you are saying is that this country's legal system is run by uneducated wannabe lawyer... Jesus Christ! No wonder the legal system here is a bloody joke. I hope whoever came up with this nonsense that allows random losers off the street to practice law rots in hell. As for the legal system. you've shown you have no understanding of how it works and have to resort ad hominem attacks (or threats against my family) to cover your inability to argue your case. As for the legal system . you've shown you have no understanding of how it works and have to resort ad hominem attacks (or threats against my family) to cover your inability to argue your case . So you're qualified for IT yet you used to moonlight as a prosecutor? My confidence in our legal system is growing already . The reality is, as you put it, I have no understanding how the legal system works . That's very true . Because it does not work, simple as that buddy . You have, time and again claimed you were a prosecutor . You have said it to boost your ego ahead of everyone here . "I am a prosecutor so I know . " And to make yourself appear on higher ground than everyone else . Is that not so? You are the one who forced the misconception here that you were a lawyer, that you tried criminal cases, that you put people away, that you affected sentencing . The way you had put things would make everyone believe you were a crown prosecutor, it was implied . It is a lie to make a false statement, it is also a lie to make false implications . I am not the only one who assumed you were a crown prosecutor, I would say almost everyone here who read your posts assumed the same . And you very well knew they did . So just to be clear, how about you tell us what kind of prosecutor you were . Exactly what your job was? I was under the impression you had to have a law degree and be a member of the NZ Bar Association to practice any sort of law in this country (or anywhere in the western works) . The majority of cases in New Zealand do not get prosecuted by a Crown Prosecutor, so no one who knew anything remotely about how Courts work would leap to the conclusion you did, and no such claim was ever made.
