Well, windows was installed right when I first got the mobo. So I suppose that BIOs was in its default settings. I recent CMOS to see if that would fix it, and it didn't. When this chkdsk finishes I will check.
Any idea on how to solve the driver issue? I don't remember installing drivers for my HDD so I am a little lost. |

If you reset the CMOS, did you reconfigure everything again? That would have reset AHCI as well (is AHCI enabled or disabled now)? If its enabled by default disable it |

I can't find out now. It is still chkdsk-ing... I will definitely check asap. |

It was disabled so I don't think that that is the issue. |
