1164286 2010-12-23 01:29:00 Is there anyway i can install the Vista Movie Maker on Windows 7?

The Windows Live Movie Maker sucks.

I've found a few things on the net, but i'm unsure whether they are safe or not.

I just installed Windows Movie Maker into 64-bit Windows 7 from the above link. It seems to work ok.

I remember making an opening title using the spinning newspaper animation. The paper spins out and shows a Headline. On the Vista version I was able to add a kids photograph or even add a movie to the vacant square on the newspaper. I cannot seem to do or remember how I did it.

I have tried the Windows Live version but I certainly prefer Vista's Windows Movie Maker.

1164290 2010-12-23 04:50:00 I finally managed to get the picture onto the spinning newspaper title animation. It is as cool as I remember it.

In Timeline there is a Title Overlay line hidden at the bottom where you can insert your title.
