1116309 2010-07-06 05:21:00 but we also have the right to express our opinion without critisim.

You might think that you have that right, but there are some on this forum who are just waiting to criticise your opinion. That is what they do for fun.

So it turns out that on PressF1 you don't have that right. But then, I don't suspect that you have that right wherever you go.

If you think that you can express your opinion anywhere (but particularly PressF1) without inviting criticism then you are not being very realistic.

But then I suspect that is what PressF1 is about - everybody with their own opinion about you expressing your own opinion.

If you don't enjoy being criticised then you should go and play with the kindergarten children - they don't criticise. Yet.

1116310 2010-07-06 05:25:00 constructive critisism is good. but clearly putting someone down is not on.

1116311 2010-07-06 05:30:00 I think so? :D

I'm still laughing at Graham Parry "teaching" him how to fix his hard drive.

Graham got growled at for the post and I got growled at for laughing. :D

Do cats growl?

I agree entirely. But there is a certain element among the PressF1 participants who not only do not understand "constructive criticism" but take great delight in putting people down.:annoyed:

It's reasonably safe. You don't get a poke in the face hiding behind your PC.

Reminds me of the time I was riding racing a cycle for the Port Nicholson club against Poneke. Road racing mostly but did have a go at track on fixed wheel at Haitaiti before the velodrome. It was a grass track back then.

I never got whacked for that. :-)
