When I said "keen", I mean members who will not pull out halfway through a debate or those who choose to forfeit themselves at the last minute due to miscellaneous reasons. Cheers :) |

Yep, take away the motivation of personal gain and nobody is going to do anything. Replace it with everybody else gains from it apart from the creator and...wait, this is silly. Who would go to work if all of a sudden the boss said from now on there is no pay.... Not me. |
