2010-07-07 23:10:00 | Can't find a email address for trademe. Is the only contact by the 0900 number which costs $1.99 p/m | Driftwood (5551) | |
2010-07-07 23:15:00 | They have a form you can fill in if that's any help. | Snorkbox (15764) | |
2010-07-07 23:22:00 | I couldn't even find that. | Driftwood (5551) | |
2010-07-07 23:26:00 | It takes a bit of getting to. Down the bottom of the main page there is Contact which gives you the 0900 number. Then business enquiries gets you to the form. It's about two pages deep. | Snorkbox (15764) | |
2010-07-07 23:58:00 | I see the Business or media enquiries, but my query dosent come under that category. It regards the delayed return of a repaired item from one of the bigger sellers, who appears to have lost it in their system. I notice that their current listings all expire next week & want to get my item back in case the trader vanish's into cyberspace.

2010-07-08 00:02:00 | I'm sorry then as that's the only contact info I found. Did you find "Other business enquiries"? Doesn't look like they have Email as such anyway.

2010-07-08 00:24:00 | Yeh, might have to ring the 0900. Want to be careful though, don't want to stir up trouble if these guys are just being normally slow. But don't want to miss the boat either. Although from what I hear TM won't do anything anyway.

2010-07-08 05:15:00 | Well I may not have to go down that road. I was in contact with the seller today & they have decided to send me a new item. So I'll keep my fingers crossed until next week. I must say though, of the many items I have bought from TM, this is the first problem of this type I have had.

It's unlikely trademe will ever have a public email address - be too open for abuse, spam, etc. | kahawai chaser (3545) | ||
