Is this the latest red alert game, i thougt it was meant to be good, maybe not classic but (i havent played it) One game i keep going back even today to is Call to Power 1 (in my opinion the best Civ game ever), i have finally won my first game on Emperor with 7 opponents (had a lucky start) |

It more or less is the conclusion to the saga, but EA Games (in their infinite retardism) changed the style of gameplay. I for one certainly will not bother with this game. |

| 1118240 | 2010-07-14 04:42:00 | Well a game has to be solid and well constructed, aswell as have memorable characters and gameplay. That's why games like mario, sonic, space invaders, pacman, halo, halflife all did so well. Hugo, jetpak, commander keen, etc etc... they were all brilliant and had intricate development put into them. They weren't necessarily ground breaking, but they showed a good amount of originality, and didn't just have one hook that made them great. They also had a large amount of appeal for people across all age groups. Oh and also games like ratchet and clank and jak and daxter were pretty good for the first few games. But then like other franchises, they either changed too much or not nearly enough. Kingdom hearts is another good example. They should have kept going with ps2/3/360 games rather than branching off into the useless DS, which might be the world's best selling hand held but i don't think it can capture the true awesome of kingdom hearts 1 or 2. |
