I think the software just got confused when you were unplugging and plugging in the speakers. |

I downloaded new Realtek drivers yesterday.. and wow! huge improvement. |

Your new speakers were probably not faulty. Realtek Manager can really screw the sound settings when changing devices. I have had this many times and can get it sorted by changing settings in the manager programme but it never seems to be the same setting that needs adjusted. |
