1458631 2019-03-01 06:07:00 Hi All How do I change the type size & font when typing an email in MS outlook.com. Thanks. PJ Poppa John (284)
1458632 2019-03-01 07:08:00 Open Outlook.com site, top Right click on Settings Cog - In the search type in Format - Select Message Format, when it opens in the middle of the page you can adjust the font, size and other options.

I think you might be using Outlook within Office which is Not Outlook.com

1458638 2019-03-02 07:04:00 You are perobably right, I am using the MS Office one. What's the difference?? PJ Poppa John (284)
1458639 2019-03-02 09:31:00 You are perobably right, I am using the MS Office one. What's the difference?? PJ Theres a huge difference, Outlook.com is web based from a browser or the W10 app, where as Office 365 / outlook is a program installed on your computer with a totally different layout.

Cant look tonight as errrrrrrrrrr not exactly the right time ( dont ask) ;)

1458640 2019-03-02 21:45:00 You can only change how you SEND out emails, different Sizes, formats etc. When someone sends you an email, if they send it in small text, lets say in RED, then that's how you will get it, same if they send in larger font (20) for example, that's how you will receive it. You cant change how they have sent it.(unless its forwarded or replied then you can change on your outgoing)

Edited: you can change the incoming to a certain degree, but still depends on who sent them. Heres how, from View - View Settings - Other Settings - Message Preview/Fonts - Change to suit

To alter how you SEND OUT, open Outlook, Top Left, File - Options - On the window that opens - Mail, Stationary and Fonts, click on the section you want to alter, change as required, once done save it.

Found a Video From Microsoft is shown support.office.com

HINT: For future reference, might pay not to mention Outlook.com UNLESS its actually a web based problem.
MANY people get confused with outlook and Outlook.com.

When working with Outlook (365 or 2018/19 the program) it doesn't matter who the mails going to / From , could be Spark, Yahoo, gmail, Outlook.com etc, the main working settings are all the same, its only the Account settings that may differ. :)
