1458568 2019-02-28 04:53:00 Finally one of the tech sales companies has realised the danger we face daily while working on computers!!

The Warehouse Stationery company has just put out a sales flyer with yellow or orange safety vests advertised at $10 each.

I will be looking forward to the next week's issue to see what price they will have on "Computer repair scaffolding"

Ken :) :)

Don't even mention such things, next you'll have started a crusade to ban them from schools and the workplace or make us all wear tin foil underwear.
Honestly the chronically paranoid will pick up on the slightest hint of danger, real or imagined, and try and convince us it's killing us all.

What's wrong with warehouse stationery selling hi-vis vests? They are not really a tech company, more of a general office & school supplies store.
And if I need a cheap vest I don't care what else a store sells when I go to buy one. Don't you know wearing a hi-vis vest makes you immune to all forms of injury?

Some of the poorly designed early color TV's spat out XRAY's (from the picture tube) .

light is by definition, radiation. :) so yes . radiation. Not harmfull
LED light is more Blue than normal, some claim that to be harmfull to our eyes long term .

The old server in the office definitely hurts my ears, with its constant high pitched whine . Saftey vest didnt help at all , had to resort to earplugs.

the tinfoil earplugs are really painful to remove at the end of day .

I only use my Tinfoil Hat for special occasions, such as Visits from our Alien Lizard Overloads .
Trump is actually one of the Alien Lizard Kings , sent here to destabilize the planet . No human would behave like that .
His wall is actually intended to keep the US population in , make escape harder when the time comes .

US arnt going to spend $25 Billion just to keep Mexicans out, pfft ,how gullible do they think we are
Its to keep their own population contained .

1458576 2019-03-01 19:24:00 Actually when I worked at Akld Uni, we had those vests, not used much to be sure, but it was when running cabling - outside work.
Computers are more than what my boss there used to call "the boxes on the end".
