First tried an advanced search on PressF1 - seems to be a topic that has not come up. Next, went to do an internet search and got quite a few responses. However, as usual, even if I ask for reviews, there seems to be vested interests involved. "Wondershare.Com" for instance list 10 programs to put together gifs, but surprise, surprise, their own program, "filmora9" comes in FIRST!
What free gif making programs do you suggest please? If they have a video tutorial that is even better. |
