1456290 2018-12-06 16:59:00 I have installed Windows 10 on to a new SSD (Disk 2) and as the picture shows it has 4 partitions and is also attached to motherboard connection Disk 2. Should it have all those partitions? and should I move it to Disk 1 (swap over on motherboard connection).

1456291 2018-12-06 18:02:00 Those partitions are normal for Windows 10.

Also, it doesn't really matter what number the disk is - if it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)

best..advice..ever :-)

a clean install would clean it up leaving just 2 partitions on the 'main' HD
Ive seen 6 partitions, manufacturer setup on some laptops . :badpc:
