| 1165643 | 2010-12-30 05:32:00 | For those of you that got netbooks for xmas, you've found that Win7 Starter doesn't allow you to change your desktop wallpaper (M$ must have done that simply to annoy people into upgrading, can't imagine why else :mad:), there is a fix renaudgerson.fr It's a little buggy (is a beta) but works well enough, the installation is in french (the language of the author) but the instructions are in english (more or less). It works like the normal Personalisation program in higher Win7 versions, right-click on the desktop to see the added menu item. |
