I had the same problem with my Nokia phone, the drivers are included in the software Hope this link works (www.lg.com) What sort of blue tooth device is on the PC, if its a blue tooth Adapter, W7 should auto pick it up. (mine looks like a USB drive) that you plug in, its actually go nothing to do with the phone - only the software for the phone (transferring data etc) is for the phone. |

I just bought a USB bluetooth device this afternoon, it works OK with my PC running Win 7. It detects my LG KF750 fine, but soon after, Win complains that it cannot find the bluetooth driver for my phone. Your LG link above has got only the USB driver which I already have it on the CD enclosed with my phone. Searched google and found quite a number of third party bluetooth drivers for LG phones but don't know how reliable are they?? Will they cause any damage to my PC? |

| 1165450 | 2010-12-29 21:07:00 | There is actually two sections to this question. The Bluetooth driver for the adapter, and the software for the phone. With mine, I plugged in the blue tooth adapter, W7 loaded the drivers automatically. ( sounds like yours does as well) It then asks to scan/ connect to any devices and finds the phone(Nokia) -which can take a minute or two, Thats when the fun begins, supplied software not working. To fix it, I had to download an older version for the phone I have, then it worked. You may have to try the software for Vista or XP ( older versions). |
