| 1165385 | 2010-12-29 06:37:00 | But when I move it horizontally across the screen, the pointer is moving at the right speed. I tried picking it up and running my thumb across the laser light and the pointer moves at the right speed, both horizontally and vertically. No recent changes to the mouse pointer settings. It's a Logitech M905 mouse (DarkField) Cheers :) |

| 1165388 | 2010-12-29 07:08:00 | Cordless mouse. When I took out and reinserted the batteries, the pointer moved vertically normally for about three seconds. Subsequent to that, it slow to a crawl. However, when I lifted it up and tried to run it across my pants, the pointer moves normally again. The table surface is flat, as far as I can tell. |

| 1165389 | 2010-12-29 07:12:00 | OH! Now I figured out why: My mouse transmitter is currently plugged into a USB hub. When I plug it in to a regular USB port, the pointer scrolls vertically and horizontally normally again. |
