Personally I set AV's to do a full weekly scan, normally Fridays or at a time/Day it wont interfere with what ever the owner is doing - ours run while we are doing the weekly shopping . BUT keep in mind if the AV is any good, it will have real time protection the whole time the PC is on "looking out" for infections - in other words, stopping them before they have a chance to enter the system. |

| 1165632 | 2010-12-30 20:46:00 | I've only run a full scan once I think. It took way too long (large HDDs, many files etc). I like Avira though. It's nice AV software for the price :D |
