At work I am lucky enough to have Local Admin on the laptop I use (the joys of being a contractor! :thumbs:), so have installed Google Chrome as my default browser (Firefox chewed up nearly 10MB of my 30MB profile, so I had to uninstall it). For both IE and Chrome at work I have left the corporate Intranet as home page, even though a lot of the pages don't display well in Chrome (the joys of a corporate insisting on writing Intranet pages specifically for IE :groan:). When the pages do work in Chrome, they are a million percent quicker (slight exaggeration...) |
