When it went NEAX, he put them in and then decided he hated it all and left . Fuuny as he was responsible for me getting into PCs, as I got more into it, he got less and less interested . Also he says due to age his "RAM" his full now and no new info will fit . He has suceeded in figuring out how to turn it on and off and how to charge it so far . Probably enough for day one . |

Sounds more like a hard drive issue - have you tried rebooting him into Safe Mode to check for malware??? And flashing his BIOS may help too . . . . :D |
