| 1121144 | 2010-08-01 23:34:00 | I have found them no better or no worse than Ascent I just use whichever of them has the item I want cheaper at the time, I don't really bother using anyone else. Although I find CL's website not so easy to navigate as Ascents x2 from my exp. i don't buy heaps, as long as i have working pc that's fine, they usually last 4-5yrs for me till I upgrade. i prefer ascent b/c if i have an issue i can go to their office which saves me on the return postal. i've dealt with the rma process with both companies. about the same. one needs to be couried to auckland, while ascent i just walk in. but .. would be great if some e-tailers provide free return postal like some big MNCs - like they send you a replacement and then have you send the faulty one back to them with a included courier ticket... |

| 1121146 | 2010-08-03 05:40:00 | Well I never got a reply from Computer Lounge to my pre purchase enquiry several weeks ago, so I took my business elsewhere. As a result they are not a company I would recommend. I ended up buying from Alphacity, who were not only one of the cheapest, they were also very good and super quick with my prepurchase enquiries. Due to the products I purchased all warrenty issues are dealt with but the manufacturers support, and most have 3 year manufacturers warranties. | robbyp (2751) | ||
