1123203 2010-07-29 04:24:00 I use Office 2000 Pro, and want to update to 2010, Where is the best price? PC World July 2010 said $581 for download, M/S NZ appears to say $1000 (I am not sure if this is download or not). Playtech offer $549.

If you are a student or work at an educational institution, you can get the full version for $99 from the laptop shop. They send it to you on DVD too.

Got to love the MS home use program. Most large employers offer it because it is bundled with software assurance.

I got free copies of Windows 7 & office 2010 because I work for a small computer shop that has more licences than it needs :clap

Looks dodgy. The advert isn't even written in english, or at least not english I understand. It is almost as if someone has used google translate, to translate it into english.

Office 2007 SBE if upgraded to 2010 would have to go to Pro 2010. Other wise a person would be losing applications (Publisher)

Some of the features in SBE 2007 are not available in the lower versions of 2010. This list here (www.mydigitallife.info) shows what upgrades to what.

From TM
Purchase and activate your copy of qualifying Office 2007 Product between 05/03/2010 to 30/09/2010
Once Office 2010 is available, simply go to www.office.com/techg by 31/10/2010 to download Office 2010 or purchase a DVD for a fee.
Thats all legit, done it several times for customers.
