| 1168132 | 2011-01-08 09:42:00 | Hi C. As Snorkbox suggests. If that gives you problems, left click on the first item (files, jpegs, etc), hold down the Shift key and then left click on the last item. This selects the run within the first and second clicks. Then right click and Delete. |

| 1168137 | 2011-01-08 20:23:00 | Uhhh, it's been the same since around Windows 98 (at least) :p In vista and the rest I used to be able to select all when going to the 2nd from top right, I defy you to find the words select all when trying to delete all in sent items. Sorry Ga, that was, rather rash. |

As the others have said, ctrl + A Selects all. The highlighted area - are you talking about emails ? Its actually the same, single click in the sent items to activate the sent items folder, ctrl+A selects all. Other things can work a little different to file and folders compared to emails. |
