| 1169469 | 2011-01-13 07:06:00 | I have a Canon 500D Digital SLR Camera, this came with a Lexar Class 2 4G SDHC card. Around the same time (~ 1 year ago) I purchased a Toshiba Qosmio Laptop which has a built-in Ricoh Card Reader. Until approx 1 month ago I could read the SD card Fine. Suddenly, I can no longer read the card. I have tried other standard (non SDHC cards) SD cards and these work fine, I have also read the SDHC card fine on an external card reader on the same laptop. To me this indicates the Card reader is fine, but something has gone wrong in the software, firmware, driver or with windows (Win 7 64-bit). I have replaced and updated drivers, all updates are current, yet the SDHC card will still not read. Has anyone experienced similar problems or come across a solution? Any help is gratefully received. |
