| 1168900 | 2011-01-12 19:00:00 | Not specifically. I had a customer using an old Belkin router that they'd setup while with Telecom, they changed to Orcon, same user@xtrabb.co.nz, still worked ... Well there may be exceptions but most ISPs with UBS connections with Telecom have the line ported to the ISP and the authentication is done on the ISPs radius server. Orcon with their own equipment in the exchange may be different. Are you sure your customer was actually connecting to the Orcon network and not to Telecom. |
