Our client who is a leading Global IT Vendor will hire you in to this Associate Customer Engineering role and totally train you up and mould you in to a fully fledged expert in their infrastructure Networking & Storage Solutions feild. Your first day with our client will be on an international flight over to the United States to commence 8 weeks intensive training at "Boot Camp" When you arrive back you will be working with their Customers Engineering team providing support services including break fix, upgrades & Installs to large Enterprise Clients. We're looking for the folllowing skills & attributes - IT Support Exper Tertiary qualification Strong Communication both written & oral Ambitious & proffessional Customer focused Attn to detail & good follow through Diplomacy skills Positive and hardworking Microsoft, Virtualisation, Networking - and or similar technologies This role will often involve “on call” and out of hours work and so if you can’t travel internationally or you can’t work out of hours then it’s not for you – the benefits are very very good!!
