Why do you keep spreading these malicious lies! I've seen the software myself and the genuine keys. stop spreading crap; makes people have second thoughts when AMES is actually a really great place!!! back up your statements in future with court verifiable proof or don't say anything at all!

Isnt this the system you just put together?.....why do you want to sell it?, you will only lose money...If I were you, Id get an SSD and increase the RAM to 8GB

I know; but the new system I'm getting is i5 655k with 4GB ram(2 GB improvement) and HD4350(will sell and replace with 560Ti) HDD's will remain as normal... maybe new psu...

1170471 2011-01-26 19:46:00 Various IT training institutions has a relation with Microsoft which provides free software - all the Windows, not the full Office suite but Access, Visio, their version of Dreamweaver and others ... I heard that once you are no longer a student they deactivate you so you can still use the software but Updates may no longer work. Not sure how true though ..

The school registers you and you download them the ISOs off a Microsoft site.

Well, it's because I did a course years ago there and at that time they were using pirated software and even offered to install the said software to students' PCs free. It was quite a long time (10+ years )ago though.

I was doing a AutoCAD course - we were using AutoCAD 14.

That's why I am curious to know whether they are still doing it or not!

Anyway, it's good to know that they are now using Genuine software. You don't need to be so angry, after all, I am just curious to know and I was an ex-AMES student! I remembered there was a discussion here years ago about this issue.

Good on YOu, AMES!

Sorry; but the way you said it made you come off like a shunted lover.

maybe there is a dodgy teacher or two up in Auckland?!?! probably not these days...

EDIT: so is the consensus $300 or what?!?! cause I see a factory OC gigabyte 560Ti on Playtech for $459 :) -- me thinks better than buying a 4950 1/2G and/or bios flashing it
