1127458 2010-08-13 23:26:00 Anyone else notice the radical change in the UI? It looks like they've finally decided to make an effort to update the look and feel, although functionality still seems to be more or less the same. somebody (208)

Not even a customer but get regular requests from someone to update my customer details with them. Hope the new site isn't hosted in Nigeria :stare:

1127461 2010-08-14 03:16:00 The only functional changes appear to be the ability to make a payment to your credit card in real time using funds transfer, and the ability to put comments on transfers between accounts. Could be handy.

Plenty more ways they could improve it though. Just look at Kiwibank's system. The most important thing that's lacking is remembering One-off payees. I'm not talking about Bill Payments, where you can't set a new reference for each payment. That's not so useful for things like online shops and even suppliers who want references for each payment. Most bank can remember payees.

Then there's the renaming of accounts, the telling you how much interest has accrued to date on a term deposit, a centralised display of upcoming payments.....

I could write them a better system :p

When I first tried to log on using the old url it had me very worried as the certificate hadn't been updated for the new site.
