| 1127784 | 2010-08-15 17:46:00 | There is a variety of lichen that grows in grey feathery clumps on trees in the bush. It is supposed to contain a coagulant which helps to stop bleeding. I've used it many a time as a wound pad, seems to work. It was used by Maori to treat wounds so we were told by an old bushman. But does it grow on roads while being driven on,that is the test. A tip here Ter,try taking some elastoplast with you,when on one of your adventures. |
