The recovery partition will more than likely contain the WIM file. This is the actual Full OS, drivers, Programs the lot. The big manufactures dont use ISO's these days.
The WIM file can be installed from that partition using ImageX - but if its only for one Install, more than likely not worth the trouble making CD's etc - Do a straight install from a Vista DVD using the COA on the Machine, then of course you have to install the drivers and all programs manually. |
