1173034 2011-03-04 19:50:00 The CIT called me yesterday and again want me to power off the router for at least 5 minutes at times over the weekend and record Data between times then they will call back on monday to get the data sent to them so they can look at their logs... Hope they get some results this time and not just going over all the stuff we already have.

I sent the results to the CIT on monday who forwarded them on the the network team working on the case. since then I have had a couple of texts saying they are working on it and will get back to me when it is resolved. Usage wise still in the 25% to 45% over usage showin on the telecom counters.
