1129621 2010-08-20 00:03:00 Nah, they're too unreliable. Who wants a mig that can't even defect from NKorea.

1129625 2010-08-20 02:58:00 haha its single seater so what do you do? read manual translated from Polish,
line up on long runway and slowly push the throttle forward then hope like **** you can land it.
NZCAA has probaly got issues with this hope for the best type of flying. I have met an ex Yugoslavian AF MIg 21 pilot at Te Kohwai assembling Bantam planes but it was while ago.

1129626 2010-08-20 04:30:00 The engine would go nicely in my van. And I'm sure the kids would be the envy of the neighbourhood having a Mig to play in the back yard... SoniKalien (792)
1129627 2010-08-20 04:33:00 Haha Soni i was just thinking the same thing, engine transplant into a smart car or something Gobe1 (6290)
1129628 2010-08-20 08:31:00 Buy a Mig? Hell no. I learnt my lesson with the Concorde that I now can't get parts for.

Wanna buy a used Concorde?
