| 1174506 | 2011-02-04 04:02:00 | Some manufactures have a 3year zero defect policy, even on the cheaper models (Samsung etc ??) Some dont. Some retailers do not offer you the manufacturers policy, perhaps only a 1 year limited warranty (parallel imports etc)I think you would be struggling to get that on any Netbook. The Asus Netbook has a defect policy of 6- pixels. Any over 6 are covered by warranty.Thanks. |

| 1174507 | 2011-02-04 19:51:00 | I haven't seen any pixel defects for over 3 years now. I havent either until about 4 months ago, two brand new Viewsonics out of the box, 1 had a red pixel, 1 blue. Sent back for RMA, all sweet. Like my post strange things sometimes, im sure lotto has lower odds.... |
