If your modem is plugged into a splitter jack, no filters are needed at all. If this is the case, then you need to call your ISP to send a technician out (hope you have line maintinence insurance). Given your computer specs, are you on dial up or broadband? |

Agree with that comment, the explanation from jareemon has only confused the issue. Do we know yet if a full install was done or are filters being used. |
