1134117 2010-09-02 22:14:00 Mine went off at 0200 for a system upgrade and it is still down. Apparantly alot of customers in the same boat. Must be a major problem. Said it would take 10 minutes. Their phones are overloaded. bruciebear (1478)
1134118 2010-09-02 22:19:00 Have you tried unplugging the decoder from the wall socket then plugging it back in again after about 30 seconds.
