Places like Hororata, Darfield etc badly hit, but as there are so few people out there and no airport, the pollies won't be able to grandstand out there like Sideshow Bob, and it is too hard for the media. This. Most pics and videos seem to be from the same spot in town (cnr of Manchester/Worcester). Kind of pathetic, really. Heard on the scanner that the silly ***** reporter on sky (probably prime too) nearly got arrested trying to get in to town. She was spouting that much BS to the cops trying to get in to the Aves.
