1175443 2011-02-06 03:03:00 i went back to regular mode not safe mode to see if it would let me connect to the internet. i did connect however a tan box saying: "application can not be executed. the file scserver.exe is infected. do you want to activate you antivirus software now. eberry09 (16219)
1175444 2011-02-06 03:03:00 Go to control panel / network connections / highlight the connection there / right mouse on it / enable or connect. And if youre using another computer on the same phoneline, you'll have to disconnect before you get it on the internet (unless its networked to the one youre on now) Speedy Gonzales (78)

1175451 2011-02-06 03:56:00 That is the FAKE Anti-Virus that you are infected with warning you about BOGUS threats in order to scare you into paying them money.

Download the tools from Wainui's post above. Do not try to install them.
Reboot into Safe Mode then try to install/run them.

If this doesn't work, then you are going to need an offline repair - either another PC to slave the drive to, or a bootable environment from which to run the tools required to clean your system.
