What are the differences between CPU Temp and Core Temps? Aren't they all the same? What are you readings during a gaming session? My i5 760 is now hitting 71C thanks to this weather we've been having! |

| 1175730 | 2011-02-07 06:46:00 | What Chilling said is correct. To add use something like Orthos to load the cores, you can run multiple instances, another common tool is Prime95. Both are a lot more effective than trying to use random apps or games. www.techpowerup.com Those temps are perfectly fine for a lightly loaded I7 950 assuming your room temp is in the early 20's. |
