1134835 2010-09-05 05:38:00 I've done my years as a screenprinter- printing everything from t-shirts to billboards, huge stickers to put on busses, all sorts. Most places now have massive roll fed inkjets for printing on vinyl which are then cut using a plotter. Sometimes the printing/cutting is in the same unit. SoniKalien (792)

Just wondering about actually putting the clear coat on it to make it slide-able and onto the surface I want to.

If I use ink-jet inks, are they going to craze when I clear-coat them?

1134840 2010-09-06 00:16:00 Hi SJ,

I use to research and test coatings (pre-coats, primers, top coats, prints, etc) for Carter Holt (and International Paper from USA), and used to test/converse with a well known coating/print company from Ohio called Michelman's (http://www.michelman.com/) systems. I think their in Cincinatti (That's what it is I think). Maybe check their site and suppliers if useful.

Are you talking about decals for models?

Water slides or self adhesive?

Modge Podge works a treat. :)
