1459870 2019-04-10 21:56:00 Yet again NZpost have lost a parcel, while waiting on the phone, the hold music struck me as appropriate.

Some girl singing "There's something in the water - that makes me love you"

Yep. For sure....although I have not drunk this water so I don't. I hate them.

1459871 2019-04-10 22:46:00 They are hopeless

They sent one of my missing packages back to China , returned to sender.
Despite the fact that it was "under investigation" as missing , they rescaned into into their system after that, twice , & sent it back to Ch.

Cost me $100+

1459872 2019-04-11 21:23:00 Mines just "picked up" then never to be seen again.
In my experience they never find them after this.

My brother is jinxed. Got him a new GPU< it didn't work, got him another, this one - lost in the mail.

He's using mine at present but I want it back, he wants his slightly better one.
Not to mention hard to find a better one at the budget he has.....sigh....

Seller is not wanting to refund as he thinks NZpost will find it, so have had to go to Trademe, who insist on waiting another week.

Sigh....

1459873 2019-04-11 22:49:00 I’ve had untold trouble with them too .

However, to their credit, after much negotiation, they have paid me for what they have lost .

A little birdie told me that they have a you beaut electronic sorting machine, which at times prefers to be a shredder, and rips all the wrapping off the parcels .

However, if you think we are bad, you should try Australian Post . :D

Aah, would that be the Australian Last Post you are talking about.

Daughter now in Cairns from 20 years in Sydney says the same. And, when things go wrong she said she has talked to a Ozpost member who whined in a very Aussie accent "Eets a beeg country you know"

Ken:)

:) I had to pull out of selling through E-Bay in Aus because even if I dispatched on the day of sale, Aus Post couldn’t meet E-Bays delivery deadlines and they would refund the purchasers money and the item would turn up later. Ok within a State, but not interstate.

I tricked them for a while by dispatching all Aus mail from NZ. That way the item went direct to the State Mail Centre and from there direct to the purchaser.

They worked that out unfortunately, and the problem is apparently “Unofficial Industrial Action”, not the size of the country as the aussies would have us believe. :D
