He's so good , he takes photos of the parcel, showing the address, then takes another of himself delivering it.

Anyone see a problem??

1459531 2019-03-28 04:22:00 I'll give him points for taking photos, never had one do that before.
And it wasn't an important parcel otherwise I wouldn't have sent it there, it would have gone to his work.

Minor item, nothing fragile really.

1459533 2019-03-28 04:37:00 I've generally been happy with couriers, although I did have a large box clearly marked "2 of 2" delivered on its own. "1 of 2" came 4 days later.

Where I do have a problem is #@$%^ idiots who order stuff and fail to correctly record their own address on the delivery section.

I had a passport delivered, correctly addressed to my place, but the lady it was intended for was a total stranger, with zero association with my address.

Then there is the dumb@$$ business in Kerikeri that also shares my street address (but not the same city) who repeatedly order stuff for themselves, but neglect to ensure "Kerikeri" goes onto the address, so again, their rubbish comes to me.
I've complained to them, threatened to keep anything that comes addressed to my place, but it still continues. Pity they sell crap, otherwise I could actually benefit from their incompetence.

1459534 2019-03-28 17:40:00 Couriers only deliver to the first Km of this dead end road for all of us further down they dump all the parcels at the local petrol station, the petrol station isn't a parcel drop off, the couriers just drop them before it opens. At least our mail gets delivered to the post office and put into our PO box.

A lot of businesses won't send parcels to a PO box, so we just put our street address and then have either the garage or post office let us know when they arrive. Its a real pain when we are only 7Km from the centre of the township on a road with probably 40 properties on it.

1459535 2019-03-28 19:38:00 LOL gary67, that was the case when I was down South too. Local dairy in Wyndham or some place in Edendale....
Post Haste were a pain. It would go from Akld, via Dunedin , past Wyndham to Invy.
Then they'd send it back....why?
Cause they'd say Akld sent it via wrong way, should have been via Gore or some such nonsense.
never mind they drove through Wyndham, and my house, no, if I didn't jump in the car and drive to Invy to intercept it, it would take an extra 3 days.
Back and forth with Akld branch and South, both saying the issue was each other.

1459536 2019-03-28 20:26:00 Update:

Still not there.
Rang couriers back.
That took 2 attempts cause first guy who answered the phone was busy raving to a colleague and not actuallt listening to his phone.

Second one checked with local branch and said they sending courier back.

Uh, wasn't that meant to happen yesterday?
So I say and what about ringing me back which also didn't happen yesterday?
She checks to see if "query lodged". No.
Lodges one.

And? Going to ring me back?
She says courier will contact her.

Uh, yes...and me? Will they ring me? Still didn't get an answer on that.

Plus what if it's been collected - it will have actually.
Oh they'll leave a "card to call" then.

useless.

1459537 2019-03-30 20:52:00 I guess being able to read isn't one of the required skills for being a courier driver... Agent_24 (57)
