1456926 2019-01-31 05:00:00 Hang on a second whilst I shift some of these bottles .

Right, the update is, between other tasks I tried to do some editing but was refused!

It then occurred to me that it was trying to save me as I was sitting on the branch I was trying to cut off .

Ok, so I boot from the DVD and it shows me the same map but still wouldn’t let me edit anything either .

Thats it, wasting valuable drinking time, so out with the Mint Disk, do your worst, and away it went .

Less than a bottle later problem sorted .

Installed all the documents, pictures, music, downloads . . . . . . . etc . and we’re cooking with gas .

Ok, the whole thing was painless except for his E-Mail .

His provider is kinect (trustpower), and they won’t let me set up his E-Mail from my place .

By their own admission you have to be be a customer of theirs before you can download E-Mails .

You can set up say, Thunderbird, but you can’t test it unless you are a customer of theirs!

Hard to believe, but I was once a customer of theirs and couldn’t download my messages whilst in Australia . I could read them courtsey of Webmail, but not download them .

When I got home I engaged in warfare with their new IT Manager who advised he wasn’t compromising the integritory of his service to accommodate me, and I advised him that other ISP providers would, so he could get stuffed .

I’ve dealt with Vodafone (Clear) & Telstra, and don’t have a problem .

Seems this dick can’t get his brain around the fact that people need to be able to read their messages when out of the coverage area .

New Map, slightly different to old but works ok .

Oh, teatime I’m told .
