I have been trying to attach pdf & rtf files and they have been refused on the grounds that they are faulty. They work fine and work well. Made with Libre Office in Linux. This one is in W10, and the file rejected is from Mint. This message is from W10.
I have scanned them by Malwarebytes, & Defender, nothing found.
What is going on?

Use "_" instead.

Tried that, no good. Have copied the text from Libre Writer and pasted into Notepad, saved as a txt. Still doesn't work! Maybe I should wait a bit, could be a glitch in the website. I may try HTML next.

P.S. HTML not accepted either.

1456782 2018-12-23 07:27:00 If you are trying to attach here text or pdf files wont work / not allowed, replicated the error, tried attaching a txt file :yuck: but a jpg allowed. wainuitech (129)
1456783 2018-12-23 08:30:00 Double compress the final file using 7zip or RAR or Zip, change the .rar or whatever to .old and then attach. Computer will complain about changing to .old, just do it. Or you could try .jpg instead.

Do the reverse at the receiving end.

I have now put the offending file on my website:
