| 1456774 | 2018-12-22 20:42:00 | I'm on Win 10 64 bit Build 1803 I have been trying unsuccessfully for some weeks ,from various sites, to try to upgrade to Version 19.010.20064 from Version 19.008.20071 I download and get part way through installation "installation failed". I tried Adobe's suggestions if this occurs. There are several descriptions on Help which suggests it is a reasonably common problem. No joy. I use MS Edge, Firefox 64.0 and Opera latest version and have tried downloading via each one.. Has anyone else had this problem and hopefully been able to fix it ? |
