| 1176425 | 2011-02-08 23:13:00 | they were downloading stuff, then pop ups started happening. all browser refusing to connect(messed up proxy settings). fixed that noope, not aware of any slipstreaming, i think its been to a tech of some sorts quite a few times before so maybe they did something, the control centre entry you suggested has to do with the printer |

Have todays updates been installed on it (7/8 updates)?? What browser, have they been using?
