2011-02-09 02:58:00 | FYI - I did what you said and went into IE and changed the Proxy to NONE of the above (lol) and Chrome now works - as does IE, about which I care very little. There you go ;) lol Now you know Chrome uses IE's settings

2011-02-09 03:01:00 | Now I just gotta solve the 'REDIRECT" problem FF has. I keep getting a drop down telling me that Firefox refused to allow a redirect - but I WANT it to! Where do you think THAT setting is???

2011-02-09 03:46:00 | drop down from where? Where you type in a url? So, what site was it redirecting to and from? Maybe the site doesnt exist? | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2011-02-09 04:14:00 | When I try to open an e-mail link, I get that yellow drop down right under the tab bar that Firefox uses to warn that a redirection is attempting and Firefox blocked it. You have the option of allowing it or 'x-ing' out that warning.

2011-02-09 06:17:00 | Um, when you say when you try to open an email link (in post #24), that should open an email program? What (if any) email program opens, so you can send an email? It sounds like a dodgy site, if FF blocked it. Do you want me to use teamviewer. To see what you're seeing? | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2011-02-09 06:19:00 | No - I have Google/Firefox set to open links in web pages in new tabs - and then the screen goes blank after the net tab loads up and the warning pop down happens. | SurferJoe46 (51) | |
