1176590 2011-02-09 02:32:00 I have just noticed (via my BitMeter) that something is being downloaded onto my laptop. Is there a way to find out what application is doing this? garyasta (1151)

1176593 2011-02-09 03:40:00 Hi SolMiester
Thanks for the reply.
I Have Sunbelt VIPRE running and it does have a "Connections" window but this appears to be showing a lot of other operations besides any internet connections and is a little confusing.
Thanks anyway.

1176595 2011-02-09 23:53:00 Hi Guys

Well the download has long finished now and I think that it was an adobe d/l at about 200kb/s. I am on a satellite link of 2Mb/s.

In looking further into the matter, I find that WIN7 has what is supposed to be the "Reliability and Performance Monitor", accessed through start>perfmon which brings up perfmon.exe. This is supposed to load the "Reliability and Performance Monitor" window. However, I only get the "perfomance Monitor" and doesn't show how I'm supposed to see the internet access. ref www.labnol.org

Any help on this one?

Cheers
Gary
