Printer has a clear round disk which is rolled around to Settings, press OK Device Press OK Plain Paper Feed Settings Press OK At this stage it shows: Rear Cassette Here one uses the 4 way arrows and for this exercise the up/down on the outside rim. Wifey has it under control now, although she did not ask how it got stuck on the rear tray, when the printer has always been on cassette tray. Thanks again for all your time. Lurking. |

Throwing up a 6000 error and Googled and found it's a registry error or paper jam, w t f, it only came home from NL on the 18 Feb and not used until tonight. Wifey was only using the machine to copy, without pc being on. Any help would be appreciated by wife. Lurking. |

Wifey always lets the machine automatically open the drop down tray. What would she do without hubby, lol. NL is within the no go perimiter. Regards, Lurking. |
