1179214 2011-02-17 08:52:00 I have a LINKSYS WRT120N which recently broke. Ill start at the beginning I was on holiday for 7 weeks of which I left the router running non stop because I an sharing Wifi with A house next door. At about 5 weeks the router seemed to have broken(My neighbor emailed me ). I thought Routers were alright to be turned on 24/7? Anyway My old Thompson TG585V7 was alright being turned on for long periods of time.

Better get to the fault, the problem is that it won't reset when I press the reset button and the light for Wifi is on but I don't get a signal. And also when I tried to make a wired connection the light on the router for the Ethernet port went on but my Computer didn't recognize it.:badpc:

Just in case my computer was broken I used another system but the results were the same.

I got this router from fly buys about 2 months ago I was going to return it but I can't find the receipt.

1179216 2011-02-17 09:29:00 They're not the best that model, unfortunately.

You've tried holding the reset in for 5 seconds?
