The funny thing is I like Auckland the climate is normally warm, people friendly in Western Auckland, fishing good, house prices arent too bad around Oratia and Glen Eden, duck shooting good. Having a big population base is good for business you see people like door doctors, piano movers, seal a fridge, mobile diesel engine leak down checkers, just about 0800anything. I spent a few months in Auck some years ago and I can honestly say CHCH has better summers, glories blue clear skies for weeks on end, and Auckland still get a fair amount of overcast and rain. Sure CHCH winters are harder but NOTHING compared to much of Europe and the East coast of the US etc. Will agree business is easier in Auck with the larger pop. lol Door doctors!, come in doc examine my wife, ill leave you two alone! |
