Problem solved. How? Type name and address in blank document. Highlight it. Click "home" and choose "Line and paragrah and from drop down list choose "remove space after paragraph". Now click "insert", then "Quick parts" then "save selection to Quick Part Gallery. Change option in "save in box to "normal", click ok. Done! Now to bring in that name and address in a blank document type the first few letters of the name and a small box will appear now press enter and the whole name and address will appear in the document. |
