Thinking about this reminded of the time I was staying here (http://www.tokoriki.com/) - I was tucking into Kokoda, and all the other local delicacies (and a lot of Fiji Bitter too!) after long hard days of snorkeling and sleeping in a hammock. Also staying on the island were two young Japanese girls, who we only ever saw at dinner time, and all they ever ate were hamburgers, which weren't even on the menu.
